West Ham Cemetery opened in 1857 and its 22 acre site is still open for visitors and to provide burials, including Muslim burials in a designated area. Burials are opening to residents of Newham, Hackney and Tower Hamlets boroughs.

West Ham Cemetery has a burial chapel available to seat 60 attendees. The cemetery charges an additional £Free for use of the chapel, which includes a 30 minute service |

This cemetery requires either the person who passed away or the person who will purchasing the grave plot to be a resident of the borough, in order to recieve resident prices. |
